Privacy Policy
The BPI Field Operations App is a private internal application used exclusively by authorized employees of Baxter Painting Inc. It is not intended for public consumer use.
Information We Collect
- Account login information (email address)
- Business operational data entered within the app (projects, job notes, requisitions, scheduling, extras, internal updates)
- Device identifiers used for push notifications
- Photos uploaded by authorized users for jobsite documentation and internal records
How We Use Information
Information is used solely to operate Baxter Painting Inc.'s internal management and field operations system.
Photo Library Access
The application requests access to the device photo library only to allow authorized employees to upload jobsite images for documentation, progress tracking, and issue reporting.
Data Storage
Data is securely stored using encrypted cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except service providers necessary to operate the application.
